SHCV LIST OF JUDGES — 1 July 2011
The SHCV is
committed to
creating a List of
Judges as from 1
July 2011. Once we
have commenced this
list, a Victorian
will only be
selected to
officiate at any SHC
event anywhere in
Australia if they
are on the list. If
you are not on the
SHCV List of Judges,
you can not accept
SHC judging
opportunities
anywhere. If you
wish to be on the
SHCV List of Judges
as from 1 July 2011,
you are required to
complete the
application form on
the website
www.shcv.com.au and
submit.
If you are already
on a recognised
Judges List such as
EV, Riding Pony etc,
you are eligible for
an immediate
amnesty, but you
must attend a Judges
Workshop prior to 31
December 2011 to
remain on the SHCV
List of Judges
beyond that date.
If you want to be on the SHCV List of Judges, the following
is required:

You must be 21 years
of age for General
List of Judges, and
at least 17 years of
age to be placed on
Trainee List of
Judges
·
Complete a Judge
Application Form
located on our
website and forward
·
You MUST be a
financial member of
the SHCV to be on
the SHCV List of
Judges. Your
membership must
remain current at
all times in order
to remain on the
List. You can pay
your membership fees
prior to the
Workshop.
·
SHCV Judge Workshops
are free for SHCV
members. In most
circumstances, you
will only need to
attend one workshop
every 3 years.
If are already a
Judge on a
recognised Judge’s
List, you are
eligible for an
immediate amnesty
from attending a
Judge’s Workshop;
however, you must
attend a SHC Judge’s
Workshop prior to 31
December 2011 in
order to remain on
the SHCV List of
Judges beyond that
date. You must
complete a Judge
Application Form and
forward. You must
be a financial
member of the SHCV
for your name to
appear on the SHCV
List of Judges.
If not already on a
recognised Judge’s
List, you must
attend a SHC Judge’s
Workshop and pass an
examination to
become part of the
SHCV List of Judges.

Non-Rider/Non-Competitor
Member ($30)
Tea and Coffee will
be provided
BYO pen and paper.
You must attend a
Judge’s Workshop to
be eligible to sit
the Judges
Examination. A
Judges Examination
will be held
immediately
following the
Workshop. You must
attain a result of
75% or greater. You
must be conversant
with the Rules and
Regulations of the
SHC.
To assist with the
examination, we
recommend you
