A horse entered in a Hack, Show Hunter, Led and or Rider competition at a SHC affiliated Grand National qualifying show is required to be registered with the National Saddle Horse Register (SHCA) no less than two (2) calendar months prior to the closing date of the show.

The SHCV is proud to announce that Victoria has secured another Grand National qualifying event. The 2010 SHCV Autumn Classic will be held at the Werribee NEC on Sunday 14 March 2010.   The event is a qualifier for the 2011 Grand National.

 

Remember, this event is open to ANY current financial Show Horse Council member from any State.  All reciprocal rights are recognised.

 

The programme will include Show Hunter newcomer classes for horses not shown prior to 1 January 2010, and will feature a Ring dedicated to Show Hunter classes.   In addition to hosting all qualifying classes for the 2011 Grand National, the SHCV will be also be hosting a fourth Ring dedicated to open saddle and open show hunters classes.  Classes in the fourth ring will not be Grand National qualifying classes.

 

A horse competing in any capacity at the 2010 SHCV Autumn Classic MUST be registered with the SHC by 5 January 2010.  

 

The judges officiating, the programme, and conditions of entry, will be posted on www.shcv.com.au early January.   SHCV members will receive regular updates via SMS.
